This notice explains what information Corsair Performance collects about student athletes, why we collect it, who can see it, and what choices you have. We handle this information on behalf of your athlete's school and at the school's direction.
Corsair Performance LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company that provides athlete readiness and load-management software to schools. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not render medical care, and we do not have an independent relationship with any student or family. The school decides what information we hold and how it is used.

To help the school's athletic training staff monitor recovery, manage training load, identify elevated injury risk, and support return-to-play decisions.
We do not use this information for advertising, for marketing to students or families, or to train third-party artificial-intelligence models. We do not sell it.
Inside the school, access is limited by role:
Outside the school, we use the service providers below. Each is contractually bound to protect the information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, and will notify the school first wherever we are permitted to do so.
While the athlete is enrolled in the program, and then for the remainder of that academic year plus three (3) years, unless the school directs otherwise.
At the end of that period we de-identify rather than delete. Direct identifiers are removed and only the measurements are kept, in a form that can no longer be linked to the athlete. This does not limit your right under section 7 to ask us to delete your athlete's information sooner — if you ask, we delete it.
When information is deleted, encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 35 days before expiring on a rolling schedule. Those backups remain protected by everything in this notice until they expire.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is enforced at the database level so that one school's data cannot be reached from another. Every account is individual — there are no shared logins. Privileged actions are logged and access is reviewed periodically.
If a security incident affects your athlete's information, we notify the school within 72 hours of confirming it. The school decides what it tells families and when.
You may ask for a copy of your athlete's information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your authorization entirely. Contact the school's athletic trainer or email martin@corsairperformance.com.
Withdrawing does not affect your athlete's participation on the team. Because we act on the school's behalf, some requests may be directed to the school for a decision.
We create de-identified datasets by removing names and other direct identifiers. We use these to improve the platform, to build normative benchmarks, and for scholarly research and publication. We do not attempt to re-identify this data, and we do not release it in any form that could reasonably identify an athlete, a team, or a school.
Research that uses identified information would require the school's approval, your separate written consent, and review by an institutional review board.
We collect information about students only with the authorization of a parent or guardian, or of the athlete if they are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
If we make a material change, we will post the updated version here and notify the school. If a change materially expands how we use information, we will ask for your authorization again rather than relying on the one you already gave.
